      PP Spunbond SS fabrics are the most widely used product group in the nonwovens industry. The SS structure formed by bonding two Spunbond layers on top of each other provides higher strength, more homogeneous weight distribution and better coverage compared to single layer fabrics.<\/p>

      The sesame and diamond pattern calender rollers we use in our thermal calender bonding process give the fabric both aesthetic and functional properties. The choice of calender pattern directly affects the softness, air permeability and mechanical strength of the fabric - the most suitable pattern is determined together with our technical team according to the requirements of the application.<\/p>
