In our 160 cm wide state-of-the-art ultrasonic bonding line, we have the capacity to bond up to 6 different layers of Meltblown fabric. Transverse and longitudinal perforation can be applied with the online perforation system, and product cutting in single sheet form is also available. Our sorbent products have a unique structure for the absorption of harmful liquids and create a safe environment in work areas.       Sorbent products absorb liquids extremely fast and at high capacity thanks to the large surface area resulting from the micron-level fine fiber structure of Meltblown fabric. As the number of layers increases in multilayer ultrasonically bonded structures, the absorption capacity and mechanical durability increase proportionally.<\/p>

      They are used in a wide range of applications such as under-machine liquid leaks in industrial plants, factory floor walking safety, chemical spill response and liquid absorption in medical environments. Hydrophobic versions repel water while only absorbing oil and hydrocarbon-based liquids - a critical advantage in marine and harbor pollution response (marine applications).<\/p>

      In perforated roll form, users can use it by tearing it to the size they need. In sheet form, it can be supplied in pre-cut pads from a minimum of 20 cm to a maximum of 60 cm.
