Nous servons avec une capacit\u00e9 de production annuelle de 720 tonnes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a329a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a329a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sur notre ligne Meltblown, o\u00f9 nous produisons en 160 cm de largeur et dans une plage de grammage de 15\u2013350 gsm, nous fabriquons des tissus dot\u00e9s d'une capacit\u00e9 de filtration BFE et PFE sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 99 % gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'application de traitement Corona. Ces tissus sont des partenaires de solution dans les applications de masques et de filtration de haute qualit\u00e9. De plus, en les combinant avec des couches Spunbond, des produits multicouches \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance et \u00e0 haute capacit\u00e9 d'absorption sont obtenus dans des structures composites telles que SMS et SMMS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12b9aa7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"12b9aa7\" Les fibres d'une finesse de 6 \u00e0 8 microns capturent efficacement les petites particules dans l'air et les liquides en cr\u00e9ant une grande surface. L'application d'un traitement Corona augmente l'\u00e9nergie de surface des fibres et accro\u00eet encore l'efficacit\u00e9 de la filtration.<\/p><p>Dans les structures composites, la couche Meltblown forme la principale barri\u00e8re de filtration ou d'absorption, tandis que les couches Spunbond assurent la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et la douceur de la surface. La structure SM (Spunbond-Meltblown) offre des performances suffisantes pour les applications simples de filtration et d'absorption, tandis que la structure SMS offre une combinaison de barri\u00e8re aux fluides et de r\u00e9sistance dans les applications m\u00e9dicales telles que les blouses et les masques chirurgicaux. La configuration SMMS est pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e pour les applications critiques n\u00e9cessitant les meilleures performances en mati\u00e8re de barri\u00e8re.<\/p><p>Des applications UV, antistatiques, FR, hydrophiles et diff\u00e9rentes options de couleurs peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 nos
