Our sorbent products are designed to provide a safe environment by rapidly absorbing liquid leaks in work areas. In our ultrasonic bonding line, we produce products in different thicknesses and absorption levels with a fabric bonding capacity of up to 6 layers. It provides distinct advantages over traditional absorbent materials thanks to its easy application, delayed flammability, storability and recyclability.
Our meltblown based sorbents offer superior performance and ease of use compared to older generation sorbent materials.
Sorbent products are used in a wide range of applications, from under-machine fluid leaks in industrial plants to marine pollution response. The micron fine fiber structure of meltblown fabrics quickly absorbs liquids, providing a dry and safe environment on the surface. Hydrophobic sorbent pads repel water while absorbing only oil and hydrocarbon-based liquids, so they float on the water surface in marine and harbor applications, collecting oil pollution.
In our 160 cm wide ultrasonic bonding line, we can bond up to 6 different layers of Meltblown fabric. Transverse and longitudinal perforation can be applied with the online perforation system, and product cutting in single sheet form is also available. We offer different absorption and adhesion performances with Dimple and Little Dot pattern options.

Our standard sorbent pads absorb oil, diesel, hydraulic fluid, solvents and other hydrocarbon based fluids with high capacity. Special formulations for chemical liquids are also available. Hydrophobic versions repel water but only absorb oily liquids, providing ideal performance in marine and harbor applications.
In our ultrasonic bonding line, we can bond up to 6 different layers of Meltblown fabric. As the number of layers increases, the absorption capacity and durability increase proportionally. The optimum number of layers is determined by our technical team according to the amount of absorption and mechanical strength required by the application.
We supply in both forms. In roll form, we produce in a detachable structure in desired dimensions with transverse and longitudinal online perforation application. In sheet (pad) form, there are cutting options in the range of minimum 20 cm and maximum 60 cm. We can determine the most suitable form and size together according to your project.
