The cleaning wipes sector is one of the areas that benefits the most from the multilayer composite structure of nonwovens. The SM structure consists of a Spunbond and a Meltblown layer, providing basic absorption and durability. SMS construction has a Meltblown layer between two Spunbonds, offering higher mechanical strength. SMSS construction has an additional Spunbond layer to provide stronger surface durability and touch quality. Depending on the level of absorption and durability required by the application, we can determine the most suitable structure together.
Yes, we can. We can produce vanilla, chocolate and various fragrance options. A wide palette of color options is available and color printing and pattern applications are also possible. Fragrance and color applications are evaluated depending on the minimum order quantity.
Hydrophilic treatment (high liquid absorption and retention), soft touch (skin contact comfort) and antibacterial properties (hygienic safety) are the three most critical parameters in wet wipe applications.
