In the light of our R&D and know-how studies, we produce adhesive-free elastic nonwoven fabrics with unique properties compared to existing elastic products in the market. We serve with an annual production capacity of 720 tons.
We produce from 70 mm to 900 mm with a wide width tolerance and 90-140 gsm weight range in different colors and patterns. Our elastic fabrics have superior properties such as high elasticity, light structure, high shape memory, chemical resistance, air and moisture permeability as well as silky touch. The absence of adhesives makes the product safer and hypoallergenic in skin contact applications.

Elastic nonwovens play a critical role in the hygiene and medical sectors where products need to adapt to the body. They are used in applications such as waist elastic and leg cuffs in baby diapers, wing components in sanitary napkins, waist bands in patient diapers and ear elastic in face masks.
Our adhesive-free production technology offers many advantages over traditional hot-melt adhesive elastic laminates. The elimination of the adhesive improves the breathability of the fabric, minimizes the risk of skin irritation and reduces the use of chemicals in the production process. At the same time, the product is lighter and softer to the touch.
While the Emboss pattern gives the fabric volume and visual aesthetics, the Flat pattern provides a smooth and homogeneous surface. The most suitable pattern and weight combination is determined together with our technical team according to the requirements of the application.

In traditional elastic laminates, elastic yarns are fixed to the nonwoven layer with hot-melt adhesive. In our technology, elastic structure is created by thermal bonding method without using adhesive. In this way, the fabric is more breathable, lighter and more skin-friendly. Since there is no adhesive residue, it is hypoallergenic - a distinct advantage especially in diaper and sensitive skin applications.
We produce in a wide width range from 70 mm to 900 mm. There are options between 90-140 gsm in terms of weight. Narrow widths (70-150 mm) are generally used in applications such as ear rubbers and waistbands, while wide widths (300-900 mm) are used in waist panels and large surface components.
Emboss pattern gives the fabric an embossed structure, providing voluminosity, softness and visual aesthetics - especially preferred in premium hygiene products. Flat pattern creates a flat and homogeneous surface, offering a thinner profile and smooth adhesion surface - ideal for lamination and lining applications.
