Our fabrics, which are obtained as a result of bonding continuous PP filaments with thermal calender process, are used in a wide industrial range from hygiene to medical, agriculture to furniture thanks to their homogeneous and isotropic surface structure. PP Spunbond SS fabrics are the most widely used product group in the nonwovens industry. The SS structure formed by bonding two Spunbond layers on top of each other provides higher strength, more homogeneous weight distribution and better coverage compared to single layer fabrics.
The sesame and diamond pattern calender rollers we use in our thermal calender bonding process give the fabric both aesthetic and functional properties. The choice of calender pattern directly affects the softness, air permeability and mechanical strength of the fabric - the most suitable pattern is determined together with our technical team according to the requirements of the application.
Our application capabilities offer a wide range of solutions: hydrophilic treatment improves liquid permeability (hygiene applications), UV stabilization ensures outdoor resistance (agriculture and insulation), FR treatment provides retarded flammability (medical and filtration), while antistatic and antibacterial applications meet specific hygiene and technical requirements.

SS (Spunbond-Spunbond) is a double layer structure formed by combining two Spunbond layers in a thermal calender process. It offers higher tensile and tear strength, more homogeneous weight distribution and better hiding power compared to single layer S. SS structure is preferred especially in sectors with high quality requirements such as hygiene, medical and furniture.
